What Makes The Spin Into Spring Challenge Different?

Customized Training Program

You’ll have unlimited access to classes at Cyclehaus Spin and Pilates Studio. In the 28 days, we give you unlimited workouts designed to burn fat and build muscle. We take into account how you move, what you’re capable of and build YOUR workout plan around YOU to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and safely as possible.

Nutrition for YOUR Body

This is one of the MAJOR components of this program. We all know that getting results is about what we eat, and we are going to make sure you follow science proven systems that will have you eating real food while trimming and toning. The menu is easy to follow, and based on a clean-eating diet, so don’t worry…no shakes, or pills, or gimmicks, just real, whole foods.

Weekly Health Coaching Sessions

You’ll be learning about mindful eating, how to conquer cravings, and how to set up the conditions for inevitable success so that you’ll lose the weight AND keep it off.  98% of diets and exercise programs fail, but health coaching is the “secret sauce” that will show you how to live like the other 2%.

What to do for the days your NOT here.

We will instruct you on what to do on the days you’re not with us, taking into consideration what equipment or gyms you have access to.  We have even designed  your workouts for the days you are not here.

Tracking and accountability

We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you’re not accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why we do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with our clients. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not.

Recipe Manual + Grocery List

Eating better doesn’t have to entail tilapia (seriously, gross) brown rice, veggies, and lemon water. That’s why we included some of our favorite recipes and they cover more than just chicken salads. We have REAL food that won’t leave you feeling deprived and even after the program is over you’ll still want to continue to make these on a daily basis.

Daily Motivation

No one ever said this was going to be easy. Even with us at your side coaching you every step of the way there are going to be some days that will test your will power…we all have them. We are here to remind you why you started and we help you  to not give up.  We build a community with you so that you are inspired and motivated with the new friends you’ll meet during the challenge.

Private Facebook Group

We have a private Facebook group just for those that are doing the program so that you can ask those questions that just popped up in your mind and, not only get your coach’s answers but answers from others that are doing the program as well. This alone will give you ideas that you never thought about and help keep you on your game throughout this program.

I specialize in helping busy, professional women curb their cravings, master their mindset, and heal their relationship with food and their body so they can lose weight easily and organically without diets and deprivation.

I overcame my own food addictions and the crazy cycle of crash dieting and have come to a place where food is now my friend and I honor my body’s wisdom.

  • Free parking in our lot across the street at 228A Coronado Ave., off the alley. We also have a few spots in the building. Also free street parking!
  • Loft-style cycling room…very cool!
  • Four bathrooms.
  • Separate women and Men’s locker rooms, each with a bathroom and shower.
  • Shower towels rental available.

Frequently asked Questions 
Which Spin and Pilates times/classes am I able to attend?

Cyclehaus members will use their existing memberships.  New members will have unlimited classes for the duration of the program. You are able to attend ANY of the classes M-Sa. HERE, you will find our current schedule.

How will I be getting the meal plans and materials?

Once you sign up for the program you will receive an email with all of the details on how to get started and what you need to bring. Everything is formatted in an e-book so you are able to access the content anywhere and print out materials that you want to take with you (like the weekly grocery lists.)

Do I have to have Facebook to Join?

No, but you won’t have access to some of the health coaching and daily support and accountability without it.  You will still get the meal plans and spin classes, but won’t be eligible for the prizes unless you join the Facebook group

What if I’m a vegetarian? Can I still do the meal plans?

The meal plans are not vegetarian, but you can substitute plant proteins for the recipes

Where are the health coaching classes held?

All coaching will be done on SUNDAYS at 11:30 and virtually via our Private Facebook group.

Is this program diabetic safe?

YES! This program has been approved by a dietician and has been approved by a doctor and is safe for diabetics. HOWEVER, we always require you to check with your own doctor before starting any new meal plan

How are prizes awarded?

Prizes will be awarded as follows:  (1) To the  participant that engages the most in the health coaching Facebook group.  Participants will earn points for commenting, tagging, and attending classes (2) To the participant with the highest percentage of weight lost.  Prizes include a 1-month unlimited membership at Cyclehaus, a 14-day cleanse from Eat Play Love Wellness, as well as other prizes TBD.
