In the 42 days we train you in our Boot Camp and X-Fit classes to help you scortch unwanted fat and build lean muscle.  These are NOT cookie cutter programs that you’ll see in a magazine at the grocery store. We take into account how you move, what you’re capable of and build a workout plan around YOU to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and safely as possible.

Being honest here, this does require a few things for you to change in order for you to get from where you are to where you want to be; so some homework is involved, but we have you covered there. We will instruct you what to do on the days your not with us taking into consideration what equipment or gyms you have access to and design your workouts for the days you are not here.

Tracking and accountability

We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you’re not accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why we do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with our clients. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not.

Recipe Manual + Grocery List

Eating better doesn’t have to entail tilapia (seriously, gross) brown rice, veggies, and lemon water. That’s why we included some of our favorite recipes and they cover more than just chicken salads, we have REAL food that won’t leave you feeling deprived and even after the program is over you’ll still want to continue to make these on a daily basis.

No one ever said this was going to be easy. Even with us at your side coaching you every step of the way there are going to be some days that will test your will power, we all have them. What we do to help out is send you some of most motivational quotes and stories to just remind you why you started and to not give up.

What gym times/classes am I able to attend ?

You are able to attend ANY of the classes M-Sa. HERE, you will find our current schedule

How will I be getting the meal plans and materials?

Once you sign up for the program you will receive an email with all of the details on how to get started and what you need to bring. Everything is formatted in an e-book so you are able to access the content anywhere and print out materials that you want to take with you (like the weekly grocery lists.)

Can I make payments?

Yes.  Pay in full is $499, or you can make 2 payments of $ 275.  Early bird special of $75 off is available only for Pay In Full.

What are the cash prize amounts?

Cash prize amounts are based on a percentage.  The more people who join, the more cash there is!  Typically prizes are valued at $300-$500.

What if I’m a vegetarian? Can I still do the meal plans?

The meal plans are not vegetarian, but you can substitute plant proteins for the recipes

Is this program diabetic safe?

YES! This program has been approved by a dietician and has been approved by a doctor and is safe for diabetics. HOWEVER, we always require you to check with your own doctor before starting any new meal plan.
