  • We will talk on the phone once a week for 12 weeks.  You’ll tell me what’s driving you crazy. What you love. What you want to achieve.
  • I’ll ask about your health. Your stress level. Your job. Your social life.  Yes, holistic health is bigger than food.
  • We’ll set goals. I’ll teach you new ways to eat, new ways to play, and you’ll start to love your life.
  • At the end of our sessions you’ll have homework  and action steps and I will keep you accountable in a way you never have been.
  • In between sessions, you can email me as things come up. Real life happens. I’m here for you.
  • We will track your progress and I’ll be part cheerleader, part tough-love coach.  I’m here to support you AND stretch you.
  • Over time you’ll make changes to your food that will create change in your life – sometimes in really amazing ways you never could have predicted. I’ve seen it happen. It’s very real.
